Demand Generation Case Study – Somatus Physicians

As an innovative, integrated at-home dialysis solution, Somatus needed to up their game with referring physicians while building consumer understanding of this new form of treatment.
Challenge:
ab+a was charged with developing a national, wholistic B2B and B2C campaign that built referrals and aided consumer understanding of a new way of receiving dialysis.
Solution:
We focused on an all-digital solution to finely target the referring physicians and dialysis patients. Given the service solution is fully integrated with real-time care, at-home dialysis, patient education and individualized care, ab+a focused on the pillar of value-based care with cost reduction, data-centric and quality outcomes for physicians through Doximity, e-blast and medical journals. Personalized, at-home care with better outcomes for patients through social media and digital advertising.
Impact:
Referrals skyrocketed during the campaign blitz and patient information sign-ups were a steady build. Campaign metrics were outstanding like Facebook performing with a whopping 7.94% CTR (average is 0.9%) and $0.28 CPC (average is $1.72).
