Branding Case Study – Nicklaus Children’s Health System & KidzStuff
Campaign:
Nicklaus Children’s Hospital was expanding their offering and footprint to include unique health and safety related children’s products. The most popular specialty items included insect shield rompers, ducky and kitty safety nail clippers, sunblocker romper, three-sided toothbrush, and baby/toddler recipe books. ab+a was there from the onset.
Challenge:
Create and launch a healthcare product brand from ground zero.
Solution:
Leveraging the 60-year legacy of pediatric research became the baseline for the brand platform establishing credibility, expertise, and trust. Next was a fully integrated digital campaign including demand generation, social media, mommy influencers, blogs, and black Friday promotions.
Impact:
There were year over year increases in same month sales produced by the campaign. Facebook alone generated 1.8 million impressions with a 200% increase in clicks and 375% increase in engagement in year one. This success expanded distribution to Walmart and Publix.
